I learned how to stop "over-thinking" and start focusing my thoughts on the present moment.

When I focused in the present, I couldn't be fearful or worried. I also couldn't be guilty about the past. I learned to forgive myself of all the things that I once thought mattered. I once thought that I needed to beat myself up on a daily basis for things that happened long ago. Why?...I'm spending my time in the present moment and choosing to keep my mind there - not of in some other world I can't keep track of half the time.

I've learned that I'm a Work In Progress. I have found that I like that motto. There are many things that I want to change, one step at a time. But, I like myuself now for the person that I am, and I want to always evolve and explore, to make myself better...I have the TOOLS I CAME FOR!"
