Mark Schecter has been a health professional in the San Luis Obispo County area for 25 years and has been a long-time mindfulness practitioner. Mark has trained with Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., the director of the Stress Reduction Clinic and internationally acclaimed program on stress reduction through mindfulness meditation at the University of Massachusetts. Mark is also a trained Naturopathic Doctor and has completed additional studies in Yoga, Biofeedback, Nutrition, Acupressure, Traditional Oriental Medicine, Dietary Therapeutics, and Prescriptive Exercise.
